Question called for.
All in favor. Motion carried 6-0.

Administrator Wurl reported at the State
Hiway Commission meeting they considered the
agreement, voted unanimously to approve it,
and signed all the documents. In t hat pro-
cess there was a change that Kahan and Homart
bring money in lieu of a letter of credit,
which necessitated a change in the agreement.
At that time the Attorney General's office
felt this did not require council's approval;
therefore he had the Mayor and Clerk sign
the revised documents. Mr. Kurtz-Phalen
of the Governor's office would feel more
comfortable if Council would ratify the
amendment and tatify the Mayor and Clerk's
signature.
