Seconded by Council- <br />man DelPizzo. <br /> <br />Remarked he had some problem with this <br />annexation, prior to amending the comp <br />plan and before it was included in our <br />urban services area; therefore he would <br />be unable to support the ordinance at <br />this time. Question called for. 3 Ayes, <br />1 Nay - Councilman Meier dissenting. <br />Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only, each member of council had <br />a copy of the ordinance before him; and <br />the request was for authorization for <br />publication and a date set for the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#747 - Biella Zoning be put out for publi- <br />cation and the public hearing be set for <br />December 15, 1981. Seconded by Councilman <br />Cummings. Question called for. 3 Ayes. <br />1 Nay - Councilman Heier dissenting. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only, each member of council had <br />a copy b4~fore him; and the reques twas <br />for authorization for publication on 1st <br />reading. <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that Ordinance #748 <br />Police Matters and Oversize Vehicles be <br />put out for publication. Seconded by <br />Councilman Fauson. <br /> <br />Referred to page 3 of the ordinance - Section <br />5. No person shall park any vehicle which <br />exceeds 6 ft. in height, on a public right- <br />of-way in such a manner that any part of <br />that vehicle exceeds 42" in height shall <br />be within 30 ft. of an intersection or <br />crosswalk. His question if the curbing <br />would be painted yellow. <br />
