Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus requested this ordin- <br />ance also be rescheduled to the next <br />council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />1f74l - Williams and Associates Rezoning <br />public hearing be rescheduled to November <br />5, 1981 council meeting. Seconded by <br />Councilman Heier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Requested staff contact Williams and <br />Associates and have some site slides <br />of the oil or gas rigs they plan to have. <br />Director Rupp advised that at this time <br />the rezoning only will be addressed - when <br />the special review use permit will address <br />the actual features of the segment, which <br />will show the type of facility, the opera- <br />tion, the trucks, etc. Bill McCoy of <br />Martin Oil will have some slides to show <br />council at the November 5, 1981 council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by titlE~ only and certified proper publi- <br />cation. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />#742 - Noise Control be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Fausotl. <br /> <br />Stated there has been some concern by the <br />Square Dance Club that has been performing <br />at Cottonwood Park - would they be affected <br />by this ordinance? <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised they would <br />not be required to obtain a permit since <br />they are not using live music, but a stero <br />system. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci made note of the section of <br />the ordinance stating that a public hearing <br />
