Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Absent: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update: <br />The golf course is open again for holes 6-18. Staff had shoveled the tees to get <br />them open <br />Staff and the City Attorney are working on the building code updates decided on <br />by Council at Tuesday's meeting. The ordinance will come back to Council at the <br />March 15 meeting. <br />o We have been hearing concerns that this may affect people's law& <br />ordinance O coverage as it relates to the opt out. We are trying to confirm <br />with the Division of Insurance what impact this may have and how we <br />might be able to word the ordinance to address it, but there are some <br />questions we need to figure out. <br />o Xcel has said that the rebate program will be available to those that build <br />to 2021 code. <br />Personal Property Debris Removal <br />o FEMA has approved reimbursement for the foundation removals. This <br />does not include concrete flatwork (driveways, sidewalks, patios). <br />o There is a lawsuit filed against Boulder County regarding the debris <br />removal contract that will set us back.
