L6 CTyis <br />(f <br />LV111e <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />March 24, 2022 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />9:30 AM <br />Mayor Stolzmann called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. <br />City Council Present: Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Absent: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Councilmember J. Caleb Dickinson <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• The County will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday 29t" at 6 pm for homeowners <br />to discuss the Private Property Debris Removal process. <br />• The County has hired a new construction manager and will be adding more <br />staffing for the rebuild, some of whom will be assigned to help Louisville. <br />• The goal on the contract now is to move as expeditiously as possible and also to <br />watching the dollars being spent. <br />• FEMA reviewed the properties that were damaged but not destroyed; there were <br />80 across the burn area; they have determined that of those 80 only 16 are <br />ineligible for reimbursement. <br />• Communications staff has started to do some photo documentary for historical <br />purposes. <br />• The rebuild dashboard is now live on the website with real time information on <br />permit and building activity. <br />• 106 demo permits for private debris removal have been issued and staff <br />anticipates several rebuild permits to be submitted in the next week or two. <br />• IT continues to give warnings about cyber crime activities and asks everyone to <br />stay vigilant. <br />City of Louisville <br />City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4536 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
