City Council
Study Session Summary
March 24, 2022
Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated the dashboard is great news. People really like real
time information.
Councilmember Leh and Councilmember Fahey met with Hillside neighbors yesterday
for almost two hours. Many want information on staffing and want confidence their
permit won't be held up. Some people are concerned the sprinkler requirement would
require a larger tap.
City Manager Durbin stated the engineering and utility staff will be meeting with Xcel,
Comcast, and Century Link about coordinating work in the field. We are have already
added some staff to Building and Planning but will be making decisions next week on
more staffing so we can get people on as soon as possible. He will get information on
tap fees and sprinklers.
Councilmember Most stated the rebuilding website is looking great.
Adjourned 9:58 am.
Submitted 3124122 Meredyth Muth
