Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Absent: Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• These study sessions will move to once per week on Mondays at 9.30 am <br />starting next week. <br />• Personal Property Debris Removal continues to be our top priority. The County <br />held a webinar on Tuesday night had almost 500 attendees. <br />• Many people still trying to determine if they want to opt in or out and determine <br />how their insurance coverage plays into that. <br />• We hope to have a draft debris removal schedule tomorrow afternoon. <br />• 123 demo permits have been issued with another 20-30 under review. 12 lots <br />have been fully cleared. <br />• Monday is our first test of the alert sirens; we do this every April. Given the <br />trauma in the community we are planning to do a silent test. <br />• An arrest was made in the recent burglary in the burn area, but unfortunately two <br />more burglaries were reported this week. <br />• The discussions about the recovery navigator are still ongoing. <br />• We are working on additional communications related to soils testing and <br />hazardous materials. <br />Councilmember Most asked what the mood of residents was on the webinar.
