City Council
Study Session Summary
April 4, 2022
Preparation for the Private Property Debris Removal is ongoing with an arborist
out inspecting trees and the insurance process being reviewed. Heavy
equipment is not in the field yet, but we hope it will be by the middle if April.
Planning and Engineering are working with utility companies and determining
coordinated staging areas for the building areas.
To date 131 demo permits have been issued and 12 lots cleared. This
information is available on the City's recovery dashboard on the website.
Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated people are anxious for a more specific schedule and
the timing of debris removal. City Manager Durbin stated we will post that information as
soon as it is available.
Mayor Pro Tern Maloney asked how many more demo permits are we anticipating to
get. City Manager Durbin stated we estimate to get another 20-30.
Adjourned 9:42 am.
Submitted 414122 Meredyth Muth
