ORDINANCE NO. 1300 SERIES 1999 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN CENTURY RETAIL CENTER, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. WHEREAS, there were dedicated to the City certain utility easements and access easements, and a drainage, utility, and landscape easement located in Century Retail Center, a Subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, by and according to the plat thereof recorded as Reception No. 1865877 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County; and WHEREAS, Century Retail Center has been replatted as Century Retail Center, Replat A, and necessary easements have been dedicated by the subdivision plat; and WHEREAS, proper application has therefore been made to the City for vacation of the easements dedicated on the plat of Century Retail Center; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to vacate the easements described herein and has determined that such a vacation is in the best interests of the City and the public. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The City hereby vacates those Utility Easements and Access Easements, and that certain Drainage, Utility and Landscape Easement, dedicated to the City by the plat of Century Retail Center, a Subdivision in the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, recorded as Reception No. 1865877 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County, as said Utility Easements and Access Easements, and said Drainage, Utility and Landscape Easement, were dedicated and shown on the recorded plat thereof (hereinafter the "Easements"). Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute such additional documents as may be necessary to evidence the vacation of the Easements.
