Economic Vitality Specialist Brown will meet with all Commissioners before outreach begins and can also attend outreach. She noted that handouts are also available to support outreach. Commissioner Williams —Zone 1 Commissioner Smith - Zone 5 Chair Adler - Zone 2 Commissioner Tofte - Zone 4 Councilmember Leh - Zone 3 Director Pierce suggested that outreach will be a standing item on the agenda so Commissioners can update each other on progress. Terraces on Main Property Tax Increment Rebate Agreement Update: Director Pierce summarized recent LRC direction on the Terraces on Main project and indicated that the applicant has decided not to pursue a request for a First Amendment to the Property Tax Increment Rebate Agreement for 712 and 722 Main Street. She said the item may return on a later agenda since the existing agreement has not reached its termination deadline. Business Matters of Commission: Facade Improvement Program Application: Union Jack Liquor C_ 1160 South Boulder Road Specialist Brown reviewed the application from Unionjack Liquor located at 1160 E. South Boulder Road. The property is within the Urban Renewal Area — making it eligible for program funding. In addition, he noted that Planning and HPC review are not required for these improvements. Chair Adler called for public comment; there was none. Commissioner Williams supports the application objectively however, as a private citizen, she takes issue with signs the business has posted in the past. She will abstain from voting on this matter.
