Sec. 9.82.020. Concealed firearm permit. <br />The chief of police will have the authority to issue concealed firearm permits to the following persons: <br />A. City police officers; <br />B. City reserve police officers. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.020; Ord. No. 694-1980, § 1) <br />State law reference(s)—Concealed weapons, C.R.S. § 18-12-105.1. <br />Sec. 9.82.030. Expiration of permits. <br />All concealed firearm permits issued under this chapter shall expire as follows: Police and reserve police <br />officers, upon such officer no longer being a member of the city police department or the city reserve police. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.030; Ord. No. 694-1980, § 1) <br />Sec. 9.82.040. Revocation of permits. <br />The chief of police shall have the authority to immediately revoke any concealed firearm permits upon the <br />finding that a person no longer meets all conditions and requirements as set forth in section 9.82.020. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.040; Ord. No. 694-1980, § 1) <br />Sec. 9.82.050. Surrender of permits. <br />Upon revocation of a concealed firearm permit, the person possessing such a permit shall immediately upon <br />receipt of written notice of the revocation from the chief of police surrender such permit to the chief of police. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.050; Ord. No. 694-1980, § 1) <br />Sec. 9.82.060. Effective area of permits. <br />Any permit issued by the chief of police shall be effective in all areas in the state unless specifically limited on <br />the face of such permit. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.060; Ord. No. 694-1980, § 1) <br />Sec. 9.82.070. Previously issued permits null and void. <br />All permits issued prior to January 3, 1980, are declared null and void. <br />(Code 1977, § 9.82.070; Ord.
