LCityof <br />Louisville <br />City Manager's Office <br />Marshall Fire Recovery <br />• First residential workshop held on Wednesday, June 1 at the Louisville Rec Center. There were <br />approximately 40 people in person and 60 people online in attendance. Speakers educated <br />residents about the benefits of high performing homes and rebates and incentives available for <br />rebuilding and answered questions from residents about efficient rebuilding. <br />• There are two additional in person workshops scheduled for July 13 and August 3. <br />https://bit.ly/RebuildJuIV22 <br />https://bit.ly/RebuildAugust22 <br />Municipal Operations <br />• Municipal decarbonization working group is developing the scope for the internal <br />decarbonization plan, which will include an option for an additional community <br />decarbonization plan. The group will present these requests to City Council on Tuesday, August <br />2. <br />• 23/24 sustainability operating budget requests are being reviewed by City Manager's Office. <br />• All fleet and equipment 23/24 budget requests are being evaluated for electrification potential <br />and requests are being resubmitted with electrification, as necessary. <br />• The Coal Creek Golf Course is undergoing a financial feasibility study for the club house, <br />maintenance shop, and learning/practice facility. The final report will be presented to City <br />Council at a future meeting. <br />Energy Future Collaboration (EFC) and Partners in Energy (PiE) <br />• The City is re-evaluating the best use of the $7,500, originally budgeted to support 50 fully <br />subsidized Home Energy Squad audits. Within the next two weeks, Brendle Group is presenting <br />options for alternatives to the buy -down campaign that address equity and impact concerns. <br />Next Steps <br />None <br />
