Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 09, 2022 <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />Hoefner says if we did decide that we want to see a traffic study, what is the time frame <br />on that? <br />Ritchie says she would look to the applicants for that time frame. <br />Murphy says those take approximately 60-100 days to create. <br />Discussion by Commissioners: <br />Brauneis asks the commissioners if they would like to continue this agenda item to the <br />next meeting. <br />Howe asks if this is continued, is public comment re -opened? <br />Brauneis says no, it would not be re -opened since it has been heard at this meeting. <br />Ritchie mentions that if there is additional information from staff, the commissioners <br />may want to re -open the public comment. <br />Howe says if we ask the applicant for a traffic study, would the applicant need to <br />present again? <br />Ritchie says we would continue this application to a date uncertain and restart the <br />public notice process. <br />Brauneis proposes they continue this agenda item two weeks from now. <br />Diehl moves and Hoefner seconds a motion to continue Agenda Item B to the June 23, <br />2022 meeting. Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote. <br />COMMISSIONER COMMENTS <br />Hoefner mentions that at some upcoming future meeting, it would be helpful to meet <br />and discuss the bylaws and rules of order. <br />Ritchie reminds the commissioners that they need to continue Agenda Item C. <br />Diehl moves and Howe seconds a motion to continue Agenda Item C to the June 23, <br />2022 meeting. Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote. <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />None is heard. <br />ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THE MEETING ON JULY 14, 2022 <br />Wildland-Urban Interface PUD Fence exceptions — Consideration of a draft <br />ordinance to allow exemptions to requirements within PUDs in the City of Louisville <br />that require wood fences immediately adjacent to structures. <br />Redtail Ridge Preliminary and Final Plat <br />ADJOURN <br />Diehl moves and Howe seconds a motion to adjourn. Motion passes unanimously by a <br />voice vote. Meeting adjourns at 9:26 PM. <br />16 <br />
