Commissioner Harald - yes <br />Commissioner Williams - yes <br />Councilmember Leh - yes <br />Motion passes <br />• Discussion/ Direction — Work Plan <br />Director Pierce provided insights on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) so <br />LRC knows what items are located in URA. The CIP is still under consideration. <br />CIP requests exceed what will be feasible, so some requests will be removed. <br />Director Pierce reminded the Commission about their upcoming meetings with <br />Downtown Colorado. Inc. The retreat will help the LRC prepare for discussion <br />with Council including underpass discussion. <br />Items for Next Regular Meeting, July 13, 2022 <br />• Louisville Mill Site Project Presentation <br />• Fagade Improvement Program applications <br />• 950 Spruce Street / 725 Front Street Assistance Application (Tentative Final <br />Approval) <br />Commissioners Comments: <br />Commissioner Tofte said the sidewalks over railroad tracks have been completed.He <br />noted that for many years we have looked at revenue, now we need to keep an eye on <br />expenditures. Director Pierce noted Finance Director Watson will provide updated <br />expenditures. <br />Staff confirmed that there have been approximately $90k in fagade improvements <br />approved thus far. <br />Commissioner Williams mentioned that she has been performing Fagade Improvement <br />Program outreach within the business community.
