RESOLUTION NO. <br />Series 1977 <br />A resolution approving the Special Review Use Applicationfor <br />certain property situated in Section 8, T 1 S, R69W of the <br />6th P.M., locally identified as 1100 Pine Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado. <br />WHEREAS, a special review use application has been sub- <br />mitted to theLouisville Planning Commission to provide for the <br />operation of an autobody shop at the above referenced location <br />by James Garrison, 2102 Fisher Way, Northglenn, Colorado, and <br />Dit c d s il-c c <br />WHEREAS, said application and4development time schedule <br />have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission <br />and has been determined to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinance and related policies, and <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing con- <br />cerning said application, the Planning Commission has deter- <br />mined that said application is acceptable as illustrated on the <br />included site plan and development time schedule. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby <br />approved the above referenced Special Review Use application <br />with the condition that all facilities illustrated on the <br />application site plan are constructed in accordance with the <br />development time schedule. <br />Passed and adopted this 27th day of January, 1977. <br />Eugene DiCarlo, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />Gary Carnival, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
