City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 18, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Water Rights Dispositions Amendment to Agreement to <br />Transfer of City -Owned Water Rights in the New Coal Ridge Ditch <br />Company <br />C. Approval of Contracts for On -Call Building Code Consulting Services <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilmember Leh stated he has spoken with the Attorney General's Marshall Fire Task <br />Force office to discuss consumer protection issues regarding insurance and price gouging <br />related to the fire. They are looking for information to pursue cases particularly related to <br />rental costs and they are asking for the public's help to get them information. <br />Mayor Stolzmann informed everyone that the Small Business Administration will likely be <br />putting out information this week related to fire recovery; people should look for that. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Durbin noted the packet contains a quarterly report from the Revitalization <br />Commission and also the quarterly Economic Vitality Strategic Plan Scorecard. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney asked Economic Development Director Pierce if there was any <br />preview for what types of investments the Louisville Revitalization Commission will be <br />looking to fund this year. Director Pierce responded it was a bit early to know what <br />projects the LRC would like to fund in 2023 - 2029. <br />Councilmember Maloney supports funding the fagade improvement program to help make <br />businesses more visible. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PAY EQUITY AUDIT & COMPENSATION MARKET ANALYSIS OVERVIEW <br />City Manager Jeff Durbin introduced Laurie Graves of Graves Consulting who gave a <br />report on the recent pay equity audit and compensation analysis. <br />Graves stated the Pay Equity Analysis is done to make sure employees receive equal pay <br />for equal work. It looks at all employee pay rates to identify potential disparities using <br />statistical analysis. The audit did identify a few potential pay disparities and the HR team <br />
