RESOLUTION NO. 32 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A 15,597 SF INDUSTRIAL/FLEX BUILDING LOCATED AT 602 <br />TAYLOR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a final planned unit development to allow construction of a 15,597 sf <br />industrial building located at 602 Taylor Ave; Lot 7, Block 4, Colorado Technological <br />Center Filing 1; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, with <br />the two requested waivers, the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations <br />and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on June 23, 2022 where evidence and testimony where entered into the <br />record and the Planning Commission voted 5-0 in favor of recommending approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final planned unit development to allow <br />construction of a 17,597 sf industrial/flex building at 602 Taylor Avenue. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2022. <br />By: r" 1: 2= <br />Ashley o zmann, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />SEAL <br />Resolution No. 32, Series 2022 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
