RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />Series 1982 <br />A RESOLUTION LEVYING TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1983, TO <br />DEFRAY THE COSTS OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1983, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1983. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proper mill <br />'levy upon each dollar of assessed valuation of all taxable property <br />within the City, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />lity of Louisville, Colorado: <br />SECTION 1. That for the purposes of defraying the expenses <br />lif the General Fund of Louisville, Colorado, during the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1983 and ending December 31, 1983, there is <br />ereby levied a tax of 7.468 mills upon each dollar of the total <br />ssessed valuation of all taxable property within the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado for the year 1983. <br />1 SECTION 2. That for the purpose of defraying the expenses <br />of paying the interest upon the principal of outstanding bonds en- <br />i-itled "City of Louisville, General Obligation Recreation Bond Fund" <br />f the City of Louisville coming due in the fiscal year beginning <br />anuary 1, 1983, and ending December 31, 1983, there is hereby <br />lievied a tax of .6 mills upon each dollar of the total assessed <br />aluation of the taxable property within the City of Louisville <br />or the year of 1983. <br />SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />llirected to immediately certify to the County Commissioners of <br />Boulder County, Colorado, the total tax levy for the City of <br />1osn11e, Colorado, as is herein set forth. <br />ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1982 <br />1TTEST: <br />1 <br />CITY CLERK <br />
