CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 38 SERIES 1983 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY 1984, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1984, ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON THE SAID BUDGET SO ADOPTED: ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE DERIVED FROM OTHER REVENUE SOURCES: AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND. WHEREAS, the City Administrator designated to prepare the annual budget for Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1984, and ending December 31, 1984, has prepared said budget and submitted it to the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on said budget on October 4, 1983; and, WHEREAS, the assessed valuation of taxable property for the year 1983 in the City of Louisville, as returned by the County Assessor of Boulder County, Colorado, in the sum of $48,219,890. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado: SECTION 1.
