Local <br />governments may now enact and enforce local regulations regarding fire arms that are <br />more restrictive than state law. Staff has been working on these ordinances with nearby <br />municipalities so this can be a collective effort for uniform regulations in the region. <br />Staff is proposing second reading amendments to the ordinances to reflect changes <br />made in the ordinances adopted by the Boulder City Council.
