and land use applications under review from 500 to 750 feet of the property that is <br />the subject of the application; and <br />WHEREAS, during the April 14, 2022 Planning Commission hearing the Commission <br />recommended the City Council adopt the amendments to the Louisville Municipal Code <br />("LMC'q set forth in this ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after proper notice as required by law, has held a public <br />hearing on this ordinance, and has determined that such ordinance should be adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Footnote (1) of the Table set forth in Section 15.36.240 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code, regarding public notices for historic preservation commission <br />hearings, is hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined; words <br />deleted are tF*Gken throu-e ): <br />(1) Mailed notice.
