Denied on Second Reading ORDINANCE NO. 1819 SERIES 2021 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1811, SERIES 2021, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONOCOPHILLIPS CAMPUS GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (REDTAIL RIDGE MASTER PLAN) WHEREAS, on September 21, 2021, the Louisville City Council passed and adopted on second and final reading Ordinance No. 1811, Series, 2021, An Ordinance Approving the First Amendment to ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan (Redtail Ridge Master Plan); and WHEREAS, a referendum petition protesting against the effect of Ordinance No. 1811 was timely filed, and the City Clerk issued a Final Statement of Petition Sufficiency on December 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-11-105(3), the City Council has reconsidered Ordinance No. 1811 and has determined Ordinance No. 1811 should be repealed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Ordinance No. 1811 is hereby repealed. Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby directed to draft a resolution denying the proposed First Amendment to ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan (Redtail Ridge Master Plan), for the City Council's consideration at its regular City Council meeting to be held on February 1, 2022. Section 3. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid. Section 4. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
