L Citygf <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 11, 2022 <br />Council Chambers <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Brauneis calls the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call is taken and the following members are present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission Members Absent <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Dietrich Hoefner, Vice Chair <br />Ben Diehl, Secretary <br />Keaton Howe <br />Jeff Moline <br />Tamar Krantz <br />Allison Osterman <br />Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Safety <br />Lisa Ritchie, Fire Recovery and Planning <br />Manager <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moves and Howe seconds a motion to approve the August 11, 2022 agenda. <br />Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Howe moves and Krantz seconds a motion to approve the July 14, 2022 minutes. <br />Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None is heard. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />A.
