<br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico <br /> <br />SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSE <br />APPLICATION - BOULDER <br />VALLEY POW WOW <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />ORDINANCE #722 - HOCHEDER NORTH <br />ANNEXATION 2ND READING PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />8/18/81 <br /> <br />Page - 2 - <br /> <br />doors and leaving notices - also marking <br />the utilities that are in place. <br />She advised there would be a delay on the <br />overhead lines as the crews are still work- <br />ing e1se'where. <br /> <br />Inquired if there would be more than one <br />crew working on overhead cable and doing <br />underground work. <br /> <br />Patricia Stahl advised there were 2 separate <br />contractors and possibly 3 crews working <br />on each .- the overhead and underground cable. <br /> <br />Asked what type of program the company had <br />to inform the residents when the cable <br />will be ready for hook-up. <br />She advised the City would be broken down <br />into sections and as each section is ready <br />to be turned on the people in that section <br />will be notified by post-card. Also, <br />stated there will be no charge for the <br />hook-up if done at the time of initial <br />construction. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and suggested <br />the public hearing be set for September 1, <br />1981. The application was for September <br />7, 1981 from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.J.I1. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the Boulder <br />Valley Pow Wow special events 3.2% beer <br />liquor license be accepted and the public <br />hearing be set for Sept. 1, 1981. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />5-0. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only and certified proper pub- <br />lication in the Louisville Times. Repre- <br />sentatives of the Hocheder property were <br />in attendance to answer any questions. <br />
