The application was in <br />order, all necessary forms had been sub- <br />mitted, ",'ere checked through the Police <br />Dept. and letters of reference were sub- <br />mitted. Each member of council had a copy <br />of the information. <br /> <br />John Prouty and Jay Carter, the new owners <br />were in the audience to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the application <br />for liquor license transfer to the Qualcon, <br />Inc. owners be approved. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Question called for. All in <br />favor. ~[otion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of letter <br />from Dennis Drumm of Associated Land Con- <br />sultants stating the request was within <br />the urban service area - approximately <br />69 to 81 acres depending on Mr. Kent's <br />ability to alter his purchase contract <br />to include the flood plain area between <br />the sewer line being constructed by <br />Jacobs Kahan and Coal Creek. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Warem- <br />bourg & Kent annexation request be referred <br />to the Planning Commission for their review <br />and recorrrnendation. Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the council <br />items be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. <br />all in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Justin Grover, 1417 Garfield Court <br />stated he would like to get a ruling on use <br />of the ballfields. Said that he spoke with <br />someone in the Parks and Rec. Dept. and was <br />told that the ballfields were totally in use <br />to permit any outside games. His question <br />to counci.l was is Miner's Field available <br />at any ti.me on Saturday to the residents <br />to use the field? <br />
