Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney's <br />file. <br />All in <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised council the <br />contract had been prepared by our water <br />attorney, Steve Williamson, for 30 shares <br />of Coal Ridge Ditch Co. He was requesting <br />council's authorization for the Mayor and <br />Clerk to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Hayor <br />and Clerk be authorized to sign the Bald- <br />win Water Agrement. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. Roll call vote: <br />Domenico Yes <br />Heier Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Currnnings Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Hotion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Each membE~r of council had a copy of the <br />plan for their review which had been pre- <br />pared by the Police Department, and Sgt. <br />Lynn Hamilton was present to answer any <br />of their questions. <br />Sgt. Hamilton advised the plan was incomplete, <br />lacking a public information packet that will <br />be printed and distributed out of Denver. <br />He informed Council the report has to be <br />in to the Federal Government by August 2, 1981 <br />in order for the City to qualify for matching <br />funds. <br />
