<br />REVOKE APRIL 17, 1981 <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />LEGION <br /> <br />MAYOR'S PROCLM1ATION <br />9 HEALTH FAIR <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br />4/7/81 <br /> <br />Page - 2 - <br /> <br />SPECIAL Councilman Meier moved that the date of <br />- AMERICAN April 17, 1981 be revoked for the <br />Special Events Liquor License for the <br />American Legion. Seconded by Councilman <br />Carnival. Qw=stion called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />proclamation before him and Attorney Joss <br />read it in its entirety. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor's <br />Proclamation .- 9 Health Fair be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION <br />VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival <br /> <br />MAYOR'S PROCLM'1ATION <br />LIFE. BE IN IT <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br />MARVIN BUSH LEASE - <br />MARSHALL LAKE <br /> <br />All members of Council had a copy of the <br />proclamation before them and Administrator <br />Wurl read it in its entirety. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the procla- <br />mation Volunteer Recognition Week be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> <br />Requested that in paragraph 4 - and to thank <br />the dedicated citizens of Colorado - "especi- <br />ally the citizens of Louisville" be added. <br />Councilman Carnival moved that these five <br />words be added to this section of the proc- <br />lamation. Seconded by Councilman Heier <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried, that proclmation be amended with this <br />wording added. <br /> <br />Each council member had a copy of the proc- <br />lamation and Attorney Joss read it in its <br />entirety. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the Life. Be <br />In It proc];a.mation be accepted. Seconded <br />by Counci.lman Carnival. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised Council that for <br />the past several years, the City has leased <br />2 shares of Marshall Lake water and he was <br />requesting Council's authorization to have <br />the Mayor and City Clerk sign the lease agree- <br />ment. <br />
