REVOKE APRIL 17, 1981 EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE LEGION MAYOR'S PROCLM1ATION 9 HEALTH FAIR ACCEPTANCE 4/7/81 Page - 2 - SPECIAL Councilman Meier moved that the date of - AMERICAN April 17, 1981 be revoked for the Special Events Liquor License for the American Legion. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Qw=stion called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Each member of council had a copy of the proclamation before him and Attorney Joss read it in its entirety. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor's Proclamation .- 9 Health Fair be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK ACCEPTANCE Councilman Carnival MAYOR'S PROCLM'1ATION LIFE. BE IN IT ACCEPTANCE MARVIN BUSH LEASE - MARSHALL LAKE All members of Council had a copy of the proclamation before them and Administrator Wurl read it in its entirety. Councilman Domenico moved that the procla- mation Volunteer Recognition Week be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Requested that in paragraph 4 - and to thank the dedicated citizens of Colorado - "especi- ally the citizens of Louisville" be added. Councilman Carnival moved that these five words be added to this section of the proc- lamation. Seconded by Councilman Heier Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried, that proclmation be amended with this wording added. Each council member had a copy of the proc- lamation and Attorney Joss read it in its entirety. Councilman Meier moved that the Life. Be In It proc];a.mation be accepted. Seconded by Counci.lman Carnival. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Administrator Wurl advised Council that for the past several years, the City has leased 2 shares of Marshall Lake water and he was requesting Council's authorization to have the Mayor and City Clerk sign the lease agree- ment.
