<br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />RESOLUTION # 6 - SERIES 1981 <br />BELLA VISTA SOUTH - FINAL P.U.D. <br />& REPLAT <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo <br /> <br />ADOPTION - RESOLUTION #6 <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Building Inspector's Procedure <br />on Set-backs <br /> <br />3/19/81 <br /> <br />Page - 2 - <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Hinsberger, 728 LaFarge <br />Ave., Louisville advised Council <br />that he purchased the property from <br />David Poss in October, 1980 and it <br />was annexed and zoned approximately <br />August of 1980. At that time Mr. <br />Poss had it zoned for 6 units - <br />4 single family units and one duplex. <br />He advised that he preferred to have <br />6 single family units. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Rupp, if a single <br />family dwelling could be constructed <br />on 5,000 sq.ft. <br />Rupp advised that the P.U.D. allowed <br />for the flexibility to build on less <br />than the required 7,000 sq.ft. but <br />does require the approval of the <br />Planning Corrunission and City Council, <br />and no more than 6 units could be <br />built on the site area. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the resolution in <br />its entirety and each council member <br />had a copy in his possession. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolu- <br />tion #6, Series 1981 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br /> <br />Inquired of Mr. Hinsberger what type <br />homes he intended to build. <br />Hinsberger stated the homes would be <br />2-story in the $70,000 - $75,000 range. <br /> <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />City Attorney's report be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Question called for. All <br />in fa.vor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl provided each council <br />member with a report from the Building <br />Inspector as to procedures on set-backs <br />at their request. <br />
