Zl ~'r:1" / 81 u Page -4- CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT ORDINANCE #713 BSCS ANNEXATION 1ST READING - SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING Mr. Perich4=tti then inquired if the water is not being used now, is it being put into storage? Nr. ~vurl replied - no, the water is not being used from this source.. The City's water is coming directly from South Boulder Creek. Nr. Perichetti inquired whom discovered the pollutant at the Narshall landfill? Hr. Wurl advised no one has determined that there was a pollutant in the water at the present time. Hr. Wurl stated that he was unaware of whom it was that made the statement; but it was his asswnption it may have been Nark Parsons of the Boulder County Health Dept. t~. Perichetti stated there was a bad accident at this intersection and was inquiring if the City had plans to in- stall a signal light here. Administrator Wurl advised a signal light is proposed at Main St. & South Boulder Road not Jefferson, and will be installed as soon as funds are avail- able and is one of our top priorities. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only and asked Council's per- mission to put it out for publication and suggested April 7, 1981 be set for the public hearing. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance #713 BSCS Annexation be published and the public hearing set for April 7, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0. Traffic Light at Jefferson and South Boulder Road ORDINANCE #714 - BSCS ZONING 1ST READING - SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only-asked Council's permission that it be put out for publication and the public hearing be set for April 7, 1981. Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance #714 - BSCS Zoning be sent out for pub- lication and the public hearing be set for April 7, 1981. Seconded by Council- man Cunrnings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0.
