<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 17, 1981 <br /> <br />Hayor Pro-tern Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Cwmnings, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier, and Domenico. Mayor Caranci absent. Also present were City Ad- <br />ministrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director <br />of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community <br />Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, and <br />City Clerk Stahl. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Pro-tern Fauson and Council <br />approved the minutes of February <br />3, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss advised Council <br />that Victoria Villegas was requesting <br />Council approve her as a new member <br />of the Board of Directors for the <br />Blue Parrot Restaurant. This pro- <br />cedure is a requirment by the State <br />that Council should approve this <br />change as a review board. Their <br />is no requirement for a public <br />hearing - council does have that <br />option. <br />Counci.lman Domenico moved that <br />Victoria Villegas be approved as <br />a member of the Board of Directors <br />for the Blue Parrot Restaurant. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />BLUE PARROT - CHANGE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS <br /> <br />TRACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated the application <br />was in order. <br />Each council member had a copy of <br />the application along with a copy <br />of the police report of incidents. <br /> <br />REMARKS - COUNCILMAN 11EIER <br /> <br />Commented he noted several disturbance <br />reports, and stated the owners had <br />been warned previously and if this <br />continues the renewal of their liquor <br />license is in jeopardy. Administrator <br />Wurl to advise them. <br />
