REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 17, 1981 Hayor Pro-tern Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cwmnings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. Mayor Caranci absent. Also present were City Ad- ministrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Pro-tern Fauson and Council approved the minutes of February 3, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Meier moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. APPROVAL Attorney Joss advised Council that Victoria Villegas was requesting Council approve her as a new member of the Board of Directors for the Blue Parrot Restaurant. This pro- cedure is a requirment by the State that Council should approve this change as a review board. Their is no requirement for a public hearing - council does have that option. Counci.lman Domenico moved that Victoria Villegas be approved as a member of the Board of Directors for the Blue Parrot Restaurant. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. COUNCIL ITEMS BLUE PARROT - CHANGE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TRACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Attorney Joss stated the application was in order. Each council member had a copy of the application along with a copy of the police report of incidents. REMARKS - COUNCILMAN 11EIER Commented he noted several disturbance reports, and stated the owners had been warned previously and if this continues the renewal of their liquor license is in jeopardy. Administrator Wurl to advise them.
