<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JANUARY 6, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier <br />and Domenico. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of COI~aunity Development Rupp, <br />Police Chief Leesman, Director of Parks and Rec. Hioco, Chief Accountant <br />Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of December 16, 1980 as presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEl'1S <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and recommended a <br />public hearing be set for January 20, <br />1981. The application was for 2 separ- <br />ate dates - February 27, 1981 commen- <br />cing at 6:00 P.M. until 2:00 A.M. and <br />March 27, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. <br />until 2:00 A.M. <br /> <br />') <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING DATE SET <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the public <br />hearing be set for January 20, 1981 for <br />the Special Events Liquor License for <br />February 27, 1981 and March 27, 1981. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF <br />OWNERSHIP - LOUISVILLE LIQUOR <br />MART <br /> <br />Information relative to the transfer <br />of ownership was provided each council <br />member. No changes were being made <br />in the operation of the business as a <br />corporation by Donna, Earl Jansen and <br />Colleen Ingram and they are buying the <br />stock. He informed Council they had <br />the option of approving the change in <br />ownership now, or of having a public <br />hearing.
