That is why we <br />said that our garage was 5 inches longer than the setback allows for <br />without a variance appeal. <br />Per the city's request we are attaching a copy of the plot plan which <br />shows the proposed layout and encroachment. It appears that the <br />northwest corner of the garage is 15.9 feet from the curved curb rather <br />than the required 18 feet.
