1209 Main Street Louisville <br />About 1209 Main Street <br />The original tax record was created in 1910 in the East Downtown Louisville neighborhood <br />located in the Nicola Di Digiacomo Addition. <br />Sometime around 1979 a substantial change occurred to the property trigging the <br />county to change the effective year built to 1979. It appears that the property has had <br />additions to it, making it the size it is today. The home has been resided, newer windows <br />installed, kitchen and bathrooms updated and a large detached garage has been added. <br />With all the changes that have occurred over the years to this property we believe that <br />the historical value has substantially been diminished. <br />The future of 1209 Main Street <br />This property is located in the old town overlay district with RM zoning, allowing for the <br />construction of 2 duplexes. These starter homes will be a great addition to the <br />community and the feel of main street.
