6 City�'f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 20, 2022 <br />Council Chambers <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Haley calls the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call is taken and the following members are present: <br />Commission Members Present: Lynda Haley, Chair <br />Christine Burg, Vice Chair <br />Keith Keller <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: Kim Bauer, Historic Preservation Planner <br />Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Safety <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Dunlap moves and Keller seconds a motion to approve the June 20, 2022 agenda. <br />Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Burg moves and Keller seconds a motion to approve the May 16, 2022 minutes. <br />Commissioner Dunlap sustains from voting since he was not present for the May <br />meeting.
