Lc�tyoJ <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Louisville Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />Wednesday, July 13, 2022 <br />8:00 am <br />Call to Order — Chair Adler called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM and took roll call. <br />Commissioners Present <br />Alexis Adler <br />Clif Harald <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Graham Smith <br />Staff Present: Austin Brown, Economic Vitality Specialist <br />Rob Zuccaro, Building and Planning Safety Director <br />Nick Cotton -Baez, Attorney to the City of Louisville <br />Dawn Burgess, Executive Administrator <br />Others Present: Erik Hartronft, Randy Caranci, Mark Cathcart, Mike <br />Kranzdorf, Josh Cooperman, Deb Fahey <br />Approval of Agenda: <br />Commissioner Harald made a motion to approve the agenda. Commissioner Smith <br />seconded. Approved. <br />Approval of June 1, 2022 and June 9, 2022 minutes: <br />Commissioner Williams noted she was present for the June 1st meeting. With that <br />change, Councilmember Leh made a motion to approve the minutes. Commissioner <br />Smith seconded. Approved. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />Mark Cathcart would like to bring an agenda item to the LRC. North End Phase II is <br />within the URA. 60 tree medians have become a burden of the HOA. Average tree <br />cost is $7000 — 9000. There is an opportunity to turn lawns into a xeriscape type lawn <br />— average coast would be $1 OK per lawn. He would like the LRC to consider this. <br />Josh Cooperman, 216 Griffith St, has a suggestion for fagade improvement plan. He <br />suggests incorporating sustainability element in program.
