...-'. ~ ..,A-~- L/ . ,-f' REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 2, 1980 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Develop- ment Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Parks & Rec. Hioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Dep. Cit,y Clerk Mudrock. -ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of November 18, 1980 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Carnival moved that the items enclosed b~ accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing. City Attorney Joss stated the applica- tion was for a Special Events permit filed by the American Legion requesting a beer, wine and spiritous liquor license for the evening of December 31, 1980 commencing at the hour of 6:00 P.M. till January 1, 1981 at 2:00 A.M. He in- formed Council that the application was in order and notice had been properly posted in compliance with State Statutes. Mayor Caranci asked if there was one opposed to the application. Mayor Caranci asked if there was one in favor of the application. He then asked f.or.,queSltionsJor.' remarks from Council. - None. Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. any- None any- None APPROVAL Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Special Events Liquor License for the American Legion be approved. Seconded by Council- man Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. DRAKE WALUSH - CUB SCOUT REPORT Mr. 'valush was not in attendance to give his report.
