CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT CONT'D - CITY HALL DEDICATION ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADM. REPORT COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS - COUNCILMAN DOMENICO COUNCILMAN MEIER COUNCILMAN CARNIVAL COUNCILMAN DEL PIZZO Page - 7 - 11/18/80 Administrator Wurl advised all prepar- ations had been made for the dedication of City Hall to be held November 22, 1980, with ceremonies beginning at 11:00 A.M. The ribbon cutting would take place out- side by Mayor Caranci and Mayor Waschak and then there will be a tour of the building. Eight hostesses will be placed throughout the building to answer any questions - refreshments to be served when the tour is complete. Councilman Fauson moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. 6-0. Councilman Domenico reported a large hole in front of Ray Sears residence. Requested that sand trucks sand Murphy's Hill - several accidents during last storm" Also could the trucks get out earlier in the morning. There is a problem behind Golden Sand and Gravel, trucks get stuck there. Have street lights replaced at Roosevelt and Lois Drive. Could we please call Boulder County to sand their portion of South Boulder Rd. Have the officers check the speeders on Lafayette St. Check on our representative on DRCOG Air Quality Task Force Curb needs to be painted yellow at the intersection of Lincoln and Short. Check on cost of vapor street lights. Street lights are needed east of the entrance at Mesa Point. Check manhole covers on Jefferson Ave. Complimented Director Rupp, Planning Commission and staff on the Pine St. Plaza project. Complimented Parks & Rec. Director Hioco for the detail slips for Finance Committee Street lights at Mesa Point.
