UPDATE Minutes - page 5 October 21, 1980 Councilman DelPizzo if there was any way the one portion of Bella Vista Dr. could be re- surfaced with the new portion that is being done. Mr. Wur1 reported that the City tried to accomplish that; however, the timing was off, so the City will patch it up. Councilman Carnival asked if there was still a P.U.D. on the property behind the Baptist Church, west of ditch and north of Harper St. Mr. Rupp stated that there is a P.U.D. in that area to be developed. Councilman Carnival stated that he would like have that portion called up for review. Mr. Rupp stated that the review could be arranged. Councilman Carnival asked why the City could not get with Rev. Green when the curb and gutter were to be installed. Staff reported that they have tried to work with Rev. Green in the location of the church and Cottonwood Park, yet have been unsuccess- ful in coming to any agreement for the better- ment of the locations. They also stated that there has been an ongoing problem started many years back with a pipe line. Councilman Carnival complimented Dir. Hioco for the tree session and the information which was provided. Councilman Meier asked about the children playing signs. Mr. Wur1 stated that they were ordered. Councilman Meier asked if there was anything new with R.T.D. since the Town meeting. Mr. Hioco stated that they have worked on the busing to STC and that he had another meeting scheduled for this week. Councilman Meier asked that the cable company selected to service Louisville, be asked to supply Council y;rith an update for the next meeting.
