Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on deferred compensa- <br />tion and it was then requested by Council <br />that a study session be held before action <br />is taken on the resolutions. <br /> <br />Study session was scheduled for July 24, <br />at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />This resolution was tabled until after <br />the study session. <br /> <br />Council stated that they would like to have <br />a work session on July 24, on the ethics <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 25 allowing LURHA to apply <br />for a preliminary loan for surveys and <br />planning for low-rent housing projects, <br />was read by Chairman Robert Hinsberger. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Resolution <br />No. 25, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried <br />4~1. Councilman Domenico voting no. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 5~0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico felt that the Code <br />Enforcement Officer was not issuing summons <br />for weed problems. <br />Chief Leesman stated that there have been <br />many areas cut and the man who does it <br />is back logged and gets to them when he can. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he was <br />asked about the siren. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the Fire Dist. <br />is looking for a place to install it. <br />
