V. <br /> <br />GLASS CONTAINER ORDINANCE <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY MALL <br /> <br />COACH PAYMENT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 6 <br />July 15, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the clinic on S. 80th <br />is at a stand still at present. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that there is <br />still parking going on on the east side <br />of HWY 42 where the signs are. <br />Chief Leesman stated that he will check. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico asked about the repair <br />of the railroad tracks. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City has been <br />trying to get them to come in and repair <br />them, but they are giving the City the <br />run around. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he would like <br />to congratulate the staff for the fun <br />July 4 picnic. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he felt <br />there should have been something from <br />R.T.D. by now on the busing in town. <br />Mr. Wurl responded that there is a bus <br />going to STC. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier as~ed about the Cable <br />TV progress. <br />Mr. Wurl ~ated that several companies <br />have been visited in different cities <br />and the Attorney's are putting together <br />a comparison. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the enforce- <br />ment of the glass container ordinance. <br />He felt it was not that enforceable. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked about the con- <br />struction schedule for the mall. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he spoke with Mr. <br />Klarich and that there seems to be a <br />problem with the negotiating of cost for <br />moving and time down for the construction <br />crew. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked why the coaches <br />do not get paid. <br />Mr. Hioco stated that officiaters are <br />sanctioned by the umpires association, and <br />would supply that as written information <br />on the names of those people. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival felt that the persons <br />putting in time to direct and coach the <br />little league should also be compensated. <br />
