ZURICK REQUEST CONTINUED SUITTS ANNEXATION REQUEST AUDIENCE COMMENTS TONY CARPENTIER REMODELING REQUEST TONY'S PLACE CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 689 MODEL TRAFFIC CODE Minutes - page 2 July 1, 1980 Councilman DelPizzo also felt that the request should be referred to Planning Commission. Councilman Fauson asked how long before the study would be complete. Dir. Rupp stated that it should be ready for the next Council meeting. Vernon Zurick, 4625 Talbot Dr. Boulder, Petitioner stated that he would be willing to table the request until the study is complete. After discussion, with approval of the second, Councilman DelPizzo withdrew his motion to re- fer the matter to Planning Commission. Councilman Domenico moved that the Zurick Annexation request be tabled until the July 15, 1980 Council meeting. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Dennis Drumm, representing the applicant re- quested that the matter be tabled until the August 5, 1980 meeting. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Suitts Annexation request be tabled until the August 5, 1980 Council meeting. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 5-0. Mr. Carpentier noted that they would like to build a covered patio for eating at the rest- aurant. Mr. Wurl noted that the restaurant is a non- conforming use and improvements are restricted. He recommended that Mr. Carpentier meet with Mr. Rupp to discuss what is permissble at his location. It was also noted that a state liquor form must be submitted and approved. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 689 for their review and files. Mr. Wurl requested that Council allow staff to do a study on South Boulder road and let them come back with the result as relates to the speed limit and a recommendation before the ordinance is put out for publication.
