ORDINANCE NO. 689 CONTINUED ETHICS ORDINANCE WORK SESSION APPROVAL OF REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT WEEDS GRASSHOPPERS APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS PUMP STATION LIBRARY BUDGET COUNTY INVESTIGATION TRANSFER OF KP PORTION OF CEMETERY Minutes - page 3 July 1, 1980 that Ordinance next meeting. Motion carried no. No. 689 be tabled until the Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. 4-1, Councilman Domenico voting City Attorney Joss asked if Council would like to hold another work session before presenting the ethics ordinance. Council felt it would be beneficial to hold the final session. Councilman Fauson moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reported that staff has gotten a copy of the procedure for taking care of weeds. Mr. Wurl stated that there is not much the City can do and it is best if each person can try to control their own, with the City doing what they can on city property. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Admin- istrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Meier asked if there was a well at Centennial . Mr. Wurl responded that it is not a well but a sewer lift station which is pumping out water. Councilman Meier asked about the library bud- get for the new location. Mr. Wurl stated that it has not been cut any- more and that the cuts shown are for this budget year not the remodeling work. Councilman Domenico stated that some Council persons from Boulder County are interested in conducting an investigation of Boulder County, as they feel they are paying for things they are not getting. They are suppose to contact Mr. Wurl on the matter. Mayor Waschak reported that Mr. Ed Smith, Jr. has informed him that the KP will turn their lots over to the City with any monies they have for maintenance.
