<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAY 20, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, <br />Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wur1, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Po1ic Chief Leesman, <br />Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, and City Clerk <br />Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the May 6, 1980, meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the enc1o- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />C.I.C. PAY EST. #4 <br />CITY HALL REMODEL <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that pay est. <br />#4 be made to C.I.C. in the amount of <br />$94,250, be approved. Seconded by Counc1man <br />Caranci. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the proper notice <br />had been posted. Mayor Waschak opened the <br />public hearing. There were no comments. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the American <br />Legion special events liquor license be <br />approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />RENAMING OF STREET <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Residents along Courtesy Road requested that <br />Council rename the street back to its <br />original name. <br />Council voiced their feelings on the matter, <br />stating that a pole should be taken of <br />residents who live in the area and would be <br />effected. <br />After discussion Councilman Domenico moved <br />that Resolution No. 17 be void and Council <br />instruct the City Administrator to prepare <br />a Resolution leaving the streets as they were <br />before Resolution No. 17 was adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 did note that he would like to <br />have Courtesy Rd. and East St. all named <br />one as they will eventually be one street. <br />He stated that he would contact the per- <br />sons living on East St. to see what there <br />feelings are. <br />
