<br />RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br />LOUISVILLE 66 <br />CAR WASH <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 671 & 672 <br />TABLING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 & 14 <br />TABLING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br />STATE LOTTERY <br /> <br />LEUKEMIA SPECIAL EVENTS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE SET PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Minutes - page 3 <br />May 20, 1980 <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm, representing the applicant <br />age a presentation of the proposed car <br />wash facilities to be added. He noted <br />that one would be covered the other open, <br />and that the cars would enter through the <br />alley as long as they did not cause any <br />blocking. If Council would desire, the <br />owner would use his property beside the <br />alley for entry. <br />Council asked about the neighboring pro- <br />perty owners feelings on the facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Tharp stated that he has spoken with <br />them and they did not have a problem with <br />the idea. <br /> <br />Further discussion was held regarding the <br />fence and exiting onto Main St. <br /> <br />After comments Attorney Joss read Resolution <br />No. 20. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution <br />No. 20, Series 1980, be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. <br />671 and 672 be tabled until such time as <br />the City can make an agreement with the <br />property owner. Seconded by Councilman <br />Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that Resolution <br />No. 13 & 14 be tabled until such time as <br />staff can present a suitable plan to <br />Council. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 19 per- <br />taining to the State Lottery. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl stated that the money raised <br />from the lottery would go into parks and <br />recreation programs throughout the state <br />by way of the Conservation Trust Fund. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that Resolution No. 19, be adopted. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Fauson. Hotion car- <br />ried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />is in order for the date of June 29, 1980. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that a public <br />hearing be set for June 3, 1980, and notice <br />posted as the same. Seconded by Council- <br />man Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. It was <br />noted by staff that the beer would be 3.2% <br />
