<br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 1980 <br />STREET NAME CHANGES <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />GRAZING PROPOSAL <br /> <br />Minutes - page 5 <br />May 6, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 17 renaming <br />certain street within the City of Louis- <br />ville. <br /> <br />The changes were noted on the map as: <br /> <br />1. East Street, otherwise known as <br />Colorado State Highway No. 42 north and <br />south bound shall be Caranci Parkway <br /> <br />2. South 96th Street shall also be <br />Caranci Parkway <br /> <br />3. Empire Road running east and west <br />shall be Pine Street <br /> <br />4. Colorado State Highway No. 42, east <br />and west bound, shall be Rex Street <br /> <br />5. Empire Road, the north-south section, <br />and 104th St. shall be Rizzi Avenue. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that Resolution <br />No. 17, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Fauson. <br />Councilman Fauson questioned whether <br />Caranci, should be a Parkway or Bullevard. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico felt Hwy 42 EW should <br />be Parkview instead of Rex. <br /> <br />With no other comments Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and a public hearing <br />needed to be set for May 20, 1980. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the public <br />hearing for the American Legion liquor <br />license request be set for May 20, 1980. <br />Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl reported that after extensive <br />review of leasing City Open Space for <br />grazing it would not be a worthwhile <br />project. <br />He reported that he spoke with Mr. <br />Klarich of Jacobs-Kahan Co. and they are <br />interested in leasing the city owner <br />
