ORDINANCE NO. 681 ALLEY VACATION FIRST READING RESOLUTION NO. 15 LOUISVILLE STATE BANK P . U . D. AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 THOMPSON SPECIAL REVIEW USE Minutes - Page 4 April 15, 1980 All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance 681 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 681 on first reading by title only. It was noted by staff that an abandoned 2" water line is on the property and would not be used; the ordinance does provide for access if needed. Council asked how the property would be divided. Staff stated that the property owner to the West is in the County. Councilman Fauson stated that he has talked with the parties in the County on the West and they were not concerned about getting the property. He also stated that he would abstain from voting since this was in his immediate area. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance 681 be ordered published. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Fauson abstained. Ron Wells gave a presentation on the Louis- ville State Bank revised plans. Councilman Meier asked about the height of the sign. Mr. Wells stated that it would be at exist- ing grade with a burro built up around the sign. After discussion Attorney Joss read Resolution 15 in full. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No. 15 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. Mr. Thompson, 608 Main St., gave a presenta- tion regarding the plans for his new build- ing and parking facilities. Discussion was held regarding the entry's and exits onto Pine St. from the facility. Mr. Thompson stated he would be willing to work the matter out with the staff. After comments Attorney Joss read Resolution 16 in full. Councilman Domenico stated that he would abstain from voting due to personal involve- ment. Councilman Carnival moved that Resolution 16 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Domenico abstained.
