<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 19, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier and Domenico. City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City <br />Engineer Richardson, Police Chief, Dir. Park & Rec. Stahl, Dir. Com- <br />munity Development Rupp, City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer <br />Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the February 5, 1980 meeting <br />as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the enclo- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />HISTORICAL COMMISSION <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak reported that he received <br />four letters for the vacancy made by <br />Leonard Fazio on the Commission. He <br />appointed Mrs. Eileen Schmidt to fill out <br />the unexpired term. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />was in order and that notice of the hearing <br />was posted and published in the proper <br />time frame. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against. <br />Public hearing was closed. Councilman <br />Caranci moved that the American Legion <br />special events liquor license request be <br />granted. Seconded by Councilman Meier <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />TRACK INN LIQUOR LIC. <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />was in order. <br />Councilman Meier stated that he wanted to <br />see who was making the call to the police <br />or rescue departments on the reports filed <br />with the police department. <br />With no other comments Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the Track Inn liquor license <br />be renewed. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
