REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 19, 1980 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Richardson, Police Chief, Dir. Park & Rec. Stahl, Dir. Com- munity Development Rupp, City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the February 5, 1980 meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that the enclo- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS HISTORICAL COMMISSION APPOINTMENT Mayor Waschak reported that he received four letters for the vacancy made by Leonard Fazio on the Commission. He appointed Mrs. Eileen Schmidt to fill out the unexpired term. AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss reported that the application was in order and that notice of the hearing was posted and published in the proper time frame. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against. Public hearing was closed. Councilman Caranci moved that the American Legion special events liquor license request be granted. Seconded by Councilman Meier Motion carried. TRACK INN LIQUOR LIC. RENEWAL Attorney Joss reported that the application was in order. Councilman Meier stated that he wanted to see who was making the call to the police or rescue departments on the reports filed with the police department. With no other comments Councilman Caranci moved that the Track Inn liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried.
