<br />ORDINANCE NO. 671 <br />MORRISON ANNEXATION <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 672 <br />MORRISON ZONING <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br />BUILDING LEASE <br />JACK JACOBS CO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />PATZER FINAL PLAT <br />& P.U.D. <br /> <br />Minutes - page 5 <br />February 5, 1980 <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a copy <br />of Ordinance No. 671 for their review and <br />files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 671 <br />on first reading by title only. <br />It was noted by staff that the request for <br />annexation includes approximately 80 acres. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 671 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing be set for March 4, 1980. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 5 - 1. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a copy <br />of Ordinance No. 672 for their review and <br />files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 672 <br />on first reading by title only, noting that <br />the zoning requested at this time is agri- <br />cultural. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked if Mr. Morrison was <br />asked about a conservation easement to assure <br />that he would not corne back for additional <br />rezoning requests, and recommended that this <br />be done if not. <br /> <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved that <br />Ordinance No. 672 be ordered published and a <br />public hearing be set for March 4, 1980. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br />carried 5 - 1. <br /> <br />Dir. Stahl stated that the City Council agreed <br />that the mall contractors could use a portion <br />of the buildinrr Hhile under construction. He <br />alsQ~tated th;t the City is utilizing three <br />of the buildings for park maintenance and equip. <br />and that the two buidings being leased are <br />not needed by the city at this time. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No.5. <br />Councilman Meier stated that he wanted the <br />agreement to include that they pay the utilities <br />and maintain the buildings. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 5 <br />Series 1980, be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Dir. Rupp noted the location east of the <br />rail road track, north of Walnut St. with the <br />zoning R-M. They are proposing 3 townhouses <br />and the request has been approved by the <br />Planning Commission. He noted that the City <br />has a 10' easement for a future turnaround at <br />the end of Walnut Street. <br />
