<br />ORDINANCE NO. 670 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 CONTINUED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />SERIES 1980 <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 2 <br />January 24, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this is mostly <br />a formality and they cannot really <br />stop the City from buying additonal <br />office space if the need arose. They <br />are making an investment and what to <br />have the space utilized. <br />He also stated that there would not <br />be any problems of utilizing the space <br />should one of the other departments <br />be moved to a new location. <br /> <br />Mr. Morrison explained that in speaking <br />with All State they wanted the clause <br />to appear in an ordinance and after <br />negotiations they agreed to put in <br />a Resolution. Mr. Morrison stated that <br />they are making a large investment and <br />have this request to help secure the <br />loan. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did <br />not feel that there was any problem <br />with the clause. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci <br />moved that Ordinance No. 670 be ordered <br />published. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. Motion carried 3 - 1. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No.4, Series <br />1980, as amended by the City Council <br />to exclude the police department and <br />library from the clause for utilization <br />of the new facilities. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resol- <br />ution No.4, Series 1980 be adopted <br />as read. Seconded by Councilman <br />Caranci. Roll call vote. Domenico <br />no, Caranci yes, Fauson no, DelPizzo <br />yes. Tie vote. Mayor Waschak voted <br />yes to carry the adoption of Resolution <br />No.4, as read. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />meeting be adjourned. Seconded by <br />Councilman Del Pizzo. Motion carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M. <br />
