ORGANIZATIONAL }ffiETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 7, 1980 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order with the following Counci1- members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wur1, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Dir. Comm. Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved thatenc1o- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO-TEM Councilman DelPizzo moved that Lawrence Caranci be elected as Mayor Pro-Tern. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 5 - 1. PRESENTATION OF RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION NO.1, 1980 HOWARD T. BERRY Mr. Wur1 read Resolution No.1, Series 1980, presented to Councilman Howard T. Berry for his services the past 1 year and 3 mos. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No.1, Series 1980, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Moti.on carried. Mayor Waschak presented Mr. Berry the plaque and thanked him for his services to the City as Councilman. RESOLUTION NO.2, 1980 EUGENE A. DI CARLO Mr. Wur1 read Resolution No.2, Series 1980, presented to Councilman Eugene A. DiCarlo for his services the past 6 years. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 2, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO.3, 1980 JOHN ROBERT KILKER Mayor Waschak presented Mr. DiCarlo the plaque and thanked him for his services to the City as Councilman. Mr. Wur1 read Resolution No.3, Series 1980, presented to Councilman John Robert Kilker for his services the past 2 years. Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution No.3, Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak presented Mr. Kilker the plaque and thank him for his services to the City as Councilman.
